摘 要:当回采松散尾砂充填体下的顶柱时,由于井下开采技术条件复杂,顶柱回采过程中常常面临着很多安全问题,在保障采场安全的前提下尽可能地节约生产成本,是急需解决的技术难题之一。针对此问题,提出了一种小进路式充填回采顶柱的采矿方法,其核心是通过将矿块进一步划分为沿走向方向上的若干条小进路,从而减小采场进路的暴露面积,降低护顶层留设厚度。首先,对采场进路布置方式进行了详细的介绍,并阐述其技术优势;其次,以国内某铅锌矿为例,将该方法与上向分层进路式充填采矿法进行了经济、技术比较。研究表明,当采用该采矿方法回采该矿山采场顶柱时,每个采场可多获得收益70.14万元,为松散尾砂充填体下的顶柱回采提供切实可行的方法。When mining the roof pillar under the loose tailings filling body,due to the complex technical conditions of underground mining,the roof pillar mining process often faces many safety problems.Under the premise of ensuring the safety of the stope,saving the production cost as much as possible is one of the technical problems that need to be solved urgently.A mining method for filling and recovering roof pillars with a small drift was proposed in view of this problem.Its core was to reduce the exposed area of the mining-field drift by dividing the ore block into several small drifts along the strike direction,which reduced the thickness of the roof protection layer.First,the arrangement of the mining-field drift was introduced in detail,and its technical advantages are expounded.Then the work,taking a lead-zinc mine in China as an example,performed the economic and technical comparison of this method with upward slicing filling mining method.When the method was used to recover roof pillars,each mining field could obtain an additional income of 0.7014 million yuan.It provides a practical method for the recovery of roof pillars under the loose tailing filling body.
