摘 要:艾砂磨机在细磨作业中具有高效节能、选择性磨矿、磨矿产品粒度分布窄、无需配备分级设备等特点。为探究艾砂磨机磨矿工艺参数对磨矿产品粒度分布特征的影响规律,采用ALC-1L艾砂磨机对江西三和金业的浮选金精矿进行磨矿试验,采用激光粒度仪对磨矿产品进行分析,并结合罗辛-拉姆勒(R-R)方程系统分析磨矿产品的粒度体积分布率和累计产率。结果表明:在磨机转速1700 r/min、矿浆浓度36%、矿浆处理量20 L/h、介质充填率38%的试验条件下,磨矿产品粒度分布范围较窄,其均匀性指数n为0.9663,颗粒特性参数b为0.0498,45~15μm中间粒级含量为35.90%。试验结果对江西三和金业浮选金精矿的粒度分布调控具有一定指导意义。In fine grinding operations,ALC Mill has the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,selective grinding,narrow particle size distribution of grinding products,and no need to equip grading equipment.In order to explore the influence of grinding process parameters of ALC Mill on the particle size distribution characteristics of grinding products,this paper uses ALC-1L mill to conduct grinding tests on the flotation gold concentrate of Jiangxi Sanhe Gold Industry,uses a laser particle size analyzer to analyze the grinding products.In addition,the particle size volume distribution rate and cumulative yield of the grinding products are systematically analyzed using the Rosin Ramler(R-R)equation.The test results show that under the test conditions of 1700 r/min mill rotation speed,36%pulp concentration,20 L/h pulp processing capacity,and 38%medium filling ratio,the particle size distribution range of the grinding product is narrow,with a uniformity index n of 0.9663,a particle characteristic parameter b of 0.0498,intermediate particle size 45~15μm content is 35.90%.The experimental results have a certain guiding significance for the regulation of gold concentrate size distribution in flotation of Jiangxi Sanhe Gold Industry.
