螺旋溢流管型旋流器分离性能试验研究

摘  要:针对矿井水井下就地澄清设备占地面积大、药剂耗量大、处理成本高等问题,设计了一种溢流管内设置螺旋叶片的旋流器,利用旋流器的快速离心分离去除矿井水中的大颗粒,溢流细颗粒在螺旋叶片静态混合作用下与絮凝剂充分反应,达到微细颗粒快速混凝的效果,从而实现矿井水澄清的目的。采用试验研究的方法对比研究了螺旋溢流管型旋流器结构分离性能的变化规律。结果表明:螺旋溢流管型旋流器能够更好地抑制溢流跑粗情况,底流固相产率提高了14.07%,且通过絮凝试验发现,螺旋溢流管型旋流器溢流料浆的平均沉降速度是常规旋流器溢流料浆平均沉降速度的2.48倍,上清液的浊度减少了42%、固体悬浮物含量减少了44.2%。In view of the problems of large space,high pharmaceuticals consumption and high treatment cost during treatment of underground mine water in-situ by clarification equipment,this paper designed a hydrocyclone with built-in spiral blades in the vortex finder.It could remove large particles in mine water by rapid centrifugal separation principle of the hydrocyclone,and make the overflow slurry fully reacts with flocculant under the static mixing action of the spiral blades to achieve the effect of rapid coagulation of microfine particles,thus realizing the purpose of clarifying mine water.The separation performance of spiral vortex finder was studied by experimental method.And the results show that spiral vortex finder can effectively reduce the coarse particles in the overflow,the yield of underflow was increased by 14.07%.Moreover,the average settling speed of overflow from hydrocyclone with spiral vortex finder is 2.48 times higher than the conventional ones,and the turbidity of supernatant is reduced by 42%and SS is reduced by 44.2%.
