摘 要:某露天地下联合开采矿山上盘矿体为露天开采,下盘矿体采用浅孔留矿法与无底柱分段崩落法开采。地下采场局部地压显现较为严重,顶板冒落、矿柱下沉和支护结构纵向开裂等问题频发。为了保障地下采场的安全,本文采用数值模拟方法,分析了地下采场高应力的来源以及地压显现的特征,提出了对上盘露天矿边坡削坡来实现地下采场卸压的技术方案,并通过数值模拟验证该方案的可行性。研究结果表明:地下采场地压与上部残余矿柱有直接关系,在采用无底柱崩落法开采平行矿脉的过程中,地压逐渐提高。若对上盘露天矿边坡进行削坡卸压,随着削坡方量增加,地下采场矿柱下方的应力集中情况将得以有效缓解,采场地压显著降低。以上结论对该矿山地下采场的地压控制具有重要参考价值。For a mine with combined open-pit and underground mining,the hanging wall ore body is being mined by open-pit mining,and the footwall ore body is being mined by shallow hole shrinkage method and non-pillar sublevel caving method.The ground pressure in local underground stope is relatively serious,roof caving,pillar subsidence and longitudinal cracking of support structure occur frequently.In order to ensure the safety of underground stope,numerical simulation method was used to analyze the source of the high stress in the underground stope and the characteristics of the ground pressure appearance,and puts forward a technical scheme to realize the underground stope pressure relief by stripping off the open-pit slope in the hanging wall,and verifies the feasibility of this scheme through the numerical simulation.Research results show that the ground pressure in the underground stope is directly related to the upper residual pillars.In the process of withdrawal of parallel ore veins with the non-pillar caving method,the ground pressure gradually increases.If the open-pit slope in the hanging wall is stripped off to relieve pressure,stress concentration under the underground stope pillar will be effectively relieved and the stope ground pressure will be significantly reduced with the increase of slope stripping volume.The above conclusions are of reference value to the ground pressure control of the underground stope for the mine.
