摘　　要：工程量清单是决定投标单位能否盈利的重要基础,通过对投标工程量清单的审核分析,发现存在清单项目特征描述不清、工程量计量缺漏项和重复计量、措施费不明确的典型问题,进而提出争取复核时间、采用ABC分类法复核、造价指标分析、措施项目取费分析、EPC项目复核分析、工程量计量缺漏项分析的投标报价策略。投标单位应加强对工程量清单的审核,研究报价策略、提高报价水平,为投标单位的可靠盈利提供有力保障。Quantity list is an important basis to determine whether the bidder can make profits or not.Through the analysis of the review of quantity list,it is found that there are some typical problems,such as unclear description of the features of list items,missing and repeated items in the measurement of quantity,unclear measures cost.Then the bid quotation strategy is put forward,such as striving for review time,using ABC classification method,analysis of cost index and measures cost,EPC project review,and analysis of missing items in the measurement of quantity.The tenderer should strengthen the review of quantity list,study the quotation strategy,improve the quotation level,and provide a strong guarantee for the reliable profit.
