摘  要:针对浙江兰创海神印染有限公司二期废水处理工程建设场地面积紧张、处理水量大、出水标准高、施工空间狭小的建设条件,研究其厌氧处理工艺EGSB工艺参数以及施工的优化:EGSB为钢结构,设计高度达到30米,为目前国内首位,容积负荷超低为2.0kgCOD/(m^(3)·d)、水力停留时间超长为51.4h;调试期间厌氧脱色效率在83%-90%,废水可生化性指标BOD5/COD由进水的0.28提高到0.36,实践证明了成果的可靠性、可用性,为类似建设条件下的EGSB设计与现场施工提供借鉴和参考。The construction conditions of phase II waste water treatment project of Zhejiang Lanchuang Haishen Printing and dyeing Co.,Ltd.includes limited site area,large amount of wastewater,high effluent standard and narrow construction space.The optimization on parameters and construction of the anaerobic treatment process EGSB has been studied for its characteristics.EGSB was designed as a steel structure with the height of 30 meters,which is the highest in China at present.It has an ultra-low organic volume load of 2.0kgCOD/(m^(3)·d)and the ultra-long hydraulic residence time of 51.4h.During the trial run,the anaerobic decolorization efficiency was 83-90%,and the wastewater biochemical ability index(BOD5/COD)was increased from 0.28 to 0.36.The operation practice has proved the reliability and availability of the results,thus the case can provide a reference for the design and site construction of the EGSB under similar construction conditions.
