摘  要:随着极端天气的增多,不少地区遭受前所未有的自然灾害,现存医疗能力及数量面临着严重不足的影响,因此野战医院显得尤为重要,对野战医院各区域布局以及范围的设定刻不容缓。针对自然灾害后野战医院的帐篷区间部署不合理和帐篷分配不合理,根据帐篷区间人流量的百分比,运用系统布置设计(SLP)法分析各帐篷之间的相互关系,绘制出合理的布局平面,有助于减少患者入院到就诊的流动,以提高治疗效率。为找出利用率不足和充足的帐篷区间,运用Flexsim仿真软件模拟各类患者流动过程,分析各帐篷区间的利用率,考虑将其中一个利用率低的轻伤病房更换为ICU,再仿真各帐篷区间的利用率和总患者移动距离,最终使ICU等待区的工作率从90.36%降低至6.63%,总患者移动距离从从11458个单位长度减少至7570个单位长度,减少患者等待时间和移动距离,提高野战医院的治疗效率。With the increase of extreme weather,many regions have suffered unprecedented natural disasters,and the existing medical capacity and quantity are facing serious shortages.Therefore,field hospitals are particularly important,and the layout and scope of each area of field hospitals are urgent.In response to the unreasonable deployment and allocation of tents in field hospitals after natural disasters,based on the percentage of pedestrian flow in the tent area,the System Layout Design(SLP)method is used to analyze the interrelationships between various tents and draw a reasonable layout plan,which helps to reduce the flow of patients from admission to treatment and improve treatment efficiency.To identify tent intervals with insufficient and sufficient utilization,Flexsim simulation software was used to simulate the flow process of various patients,analyze the utilization rate of each tent interval,consider replacing one of the low utilization mild injury wards with an ICU,and then simulate the utilization rate and total patient movement distance of each tent interval,ultimately reducing the working rate of the ICU waiting area from 90.36%to 6.63%.The total patient movement distance has been reduced from 11458 units to 7570 units,reducing patient waiting time and movement distance,and improving treatment efficiency in field hospitals.
