摘  要:某型飞机作为我国自主设计研制的新型民用飞机,需要严格依照运输类飞机适航标准、飞机结构试验流程、试验规范开展设计和验证。某型飞机在首飞前需要完成偏航着陆工况限制载荷试验,在试验预试过程中,当载荷加载到40%极限载荷时,位移监控反馈后机身侧向位移存在偏离。本文针对该问题提出了一种机身位移补偿方法,消除了后机身侧向位移偏离现象,试验实测值与理论值符合性较好。采用位移补偿方法,满足了试验要求,该方法也可以为同类试验提供借鉴。A certain type of aircraft is a new civil aircraft designed and developed independently in China.Design and validation shall be carried out in strict with airworthiness standards for transport aircraft,aircraft structure test procedures and test specifications.A certain type of aircraft needs to complete restricted load test of yaw landing condition prior to its first flight.The lateral displacement of the rear fuselage is deviated according to the displacement monitoring feedback when the load reaches 40%restricted load in the pre-test.A compensation method for fuselage displacement is proposed to eliminate the lateral displacement deviation of the rear fuselage.The measured and theoretical values are in good agreement.Finally,the displacement compensation method is adopted to meet the test requirements.The method can also provide reference for similar test.
