摘　　要：超慢应变速率腐蚀蠕变试验机主要用于检测金属材料在超慢的拉伸速度和腐蚀介质环境双重作用下的腐蚀蠕变性能。为满足超慢应变速率腐蚀蠕变性能测试需求,研制了多级传动系统、腐蚀蠕变装置、腐蚀溶液补液装置。超慢应变速率腐蚀蠕变试验机的研制成功,不仅满足了超慢应变速率试验的需求,同时能够进行材料腐蚀蠕变性能测试,为相关试验提供了稳定可靠的试验装置,具有一定的工程实用价值。The ultra-slow strain rate corrosion creep testing machine is mainly used to detect the corrosion creep properties of metal materials under the dual action of ultra-slow tensile speed and corrosive medium environment.In order to meet the requirements of ultra-slow strain rate corrosion creep performance test,a multi-stage transmission system,corrosion creep device and corrosion solution rehydration device are developed.The ultra-slow strain rate corrosion creep testing machine not only meets the needs of the ultra-slow strain rate test,but also can be used to test the corrosion creep performance of materials,which provides a stable and reliable test device for the relevant tests and has certain engineering practical value.
