摘 要:为了获得更好的精加工质量,以表面粗糙度为表面质量指标,对高强度合金钢A100精车内孔的车削参数进行了研究。以淬火后高强度合金钢A100为工件材料,设计正交试验并进行影响分析,发现车削参数对表面粗糙度的影响程度依次为进给量、转速、切削深度,进而获得了优化后的参数组合。试验结果有助于高强度合金钢A100可切削性的研究,也为淬火后内孔精车提供了技术积累。In order to obtain better finish machining quality,taking the surface roughness as the surface quality index,the turning parameters of high-strength alloy steel A100 finish turning inner hole are studied.Taking the quenched high-strength alloy steel A100 as the workpiece material,the orthogonal test is designed and the influence analysis is carried out.It is found that the influence of turning parameters on the surface roughness from large to small is feed rate,rotation speed and cutting depth,then the optimized parameter combination is obtained.The test results are helpful to the study of machinability of high-strength alloy steel A100,and also provide technical accumulation for the finish turning of quenched inner holes.
