摘  要:飞机结构强度试验是检验飞机结构强度的重要手段,对于新机的研制,结构强度试验是考查设计是否可行的主要途径。试验时,加载系统通过粘贴在飞机蒙皮外表面的胶布带对整个飞机(或试验部件)施加预定载荷。为了提高胶布带粘贴性能、规范粘贴流程、减少胶布带失效现象,本文研究了胶布带的分类与尺寸、胶布带的应用场景、胶布带粘贴工艺,结合试验应用,提出合格胶布带粘贴方法,并按照行业标准建立了一套完善的工艺流程,可以有效避免胶布带失效问题。Aircraft structural strength test is an important means of verifying the strength of aircraft structures,especially for the development of new aircraft,structural strength test is the main way to examine the feasibility of design.During the test,the loading system applies a predetermined load to the entire aircraft(or test components)through adhesive tape attached to the outer surface of aircraft skin.In order to improve the adhesion performance of adhesive tape,standardize the adhesion process,and reduce the phenomenon of adhesive tape failure,the classification and size of adhesive tape,the application scenarios of adhesive tape,the adhesion process of adhesive tape are studied in the paper.Based on the experimental applications,qualified adhesive tape adhesion methods are proposed.Finally,a complete process flow is established according to industry standards,which can effectively avoid the problems of adhesive tape failure.
