浅谈建筑工程招投标工作的监督管理

摘　　要：随着社会经济的高速发展以及城市化建设的持续深入,建筑工程受到社会各界的广泛关注,已成为社会经济发展进程中必不可少的支柱性产业,而建筑工程的招投标工作作为一个工程项目的初始阶段,更应遵循公平、公正、公开的基本原则,然而,在实际招投标工作中,由于各类客观因素产生的影响,导致建筑工程招投标工作中出现了一些问题,不但严重影响到招投标工作的开展效率,而且不利于整体建筑行业的健康发展。基于此,文章阐述了建筑工程招投标工作的概念,分析了建筑工程招投标监督管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的监督管理措施。With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous deepening of urbanization construction,construction engineering has received widespread attention from all sectors of society and has become an essential pillar in-dustry in the process of social and economic development.As the initial stage of an engineering project,the bidding work of construction engineering should follow the basic principles of fairness,impartiality,and openness.However,in actual bidding work,due to the influence of various objective factors,This has led to some problems in the bidding process of construction projects,which not only seriously affects the efficiency of bidding work,but also hinders the healthy develop-ment of the overall construction industry.Based on this,the concept of construction engineering bidding work is elabora-ted,the problems in supervision and management of construction engineering bidding are analyzed,and corresponding su-pervision and management measures are proposed.
