暖商用冷凝锅炉节能改造及烟气消白技术的应用

摘　　要：针对目前常见的锅炉房更换商用冷凝锅炉时,选择的的常压系统,同时加装二次换热设备,为满足末端供暖需求,提升锅炉供、回水温度,导致排烟温度相对偏高,从而降低了系统的热效率,对烟气出现的“白雾”现象,进行商用冷凝锅炉的节能改造及烟气消白处理。采用烟气余热回收与空气源热泵相结合,吸收排烟中的潜热,同时达到烟气“消白”,基于此,文章简述了商用冷凝锅炉烟气治理情况,对余热回收及消白技术在商用冷凝锅炉中的应用情况进行了探究。For the common replacement of commercial condensing boilers in boiler rooms,the atmospheric pressure sys-tem is selected and secondary heat exchange equipment is installed to meet the end heating demand,increase the supply and return water temperature of the boiler,resulting in a relatively high exhaust gas temperature and reducing the thermal efficiency of the system.To address the“white mist"phenomenon in flue gas,energy-saving transformation and flue gas whitening treatment of commercial condensing boilers are carried out.The combination of flue gas waste heat recovery and air source heat pump is used to absorb the latent heat in flue gas and achieve“"whitening"of flue gas.Based on this,the flue gas treatment situation of commercial condensing boilers is briefly described,and the application of waste heat recov-ery and whitening technology in commercial condensing boilers is explored.
