补髓活血健骨汤联合微创保髋术治疗早期非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补髓活血健骨汤对早期非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死(NONFH)微创保髋术后的治疗效果。方法:选取60例AR-CO分期为Ⅰ~ⅢA期的NONFH患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组从微创保髋术后第14天开始服用硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,观察组在此基础上加用补髓活血健骨汤。比较治疗前和治疗1、3、6个月后的VAS评分、Harris评分、GQOL-74评分。结果:治疗1、3、6个月后,观察组Harris评分和GQOL-74评分均高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:股骨头坏死AR-CO分期为Ⅰ~ⅢA期采取保髋手术联合补髓活血健骨汤,可减轻患者疼痛,促进髋关节功能恢复,改善生活质量。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Busui Huoxue Jiangu decoction in the treatment of early non-traumaticnecrosis of the femoral head(NONFH)after minimally invasive hip preservation.Methods:60 patients with AR-CO stageⅠ~ⅢA NONFH were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group took glucosamine sulfate capsules from the 14th day after minimally invasive hip preservation surgery,and the observation group took Busui Huoxue Jiangu decoction on the basis of this.The VAS score Harris score and GQOL-74 score were compared before treatment and 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment.Results:At 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the Harris score and GQOL-74 score were higher than those in the control group,while the VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,differences statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Hip preservation operation combined with Busui Huoxue Jiangu decoction can relieve pain,promoting hip function recovery and improving quality of life in AR-CO stageⅠ~ⅢA of femoral head necrosis.
