肩胛平衡扬刺法埋线治疗肩周炎疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肩胛平衡扬刺法埋线治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例肩周炎患者分为埋线组、针刺组,每组30例。针刺组给予常规针刺治疗;埋线组采用肩胛平衡扬刺法埋线治疗。治疗后比较两组治疗效果。运用Corstant-Murley评分表(CMS)对患者病情进行评估,用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对患者疼痛程度进行评估,比较两组患者上举、外展、内旋活动范围。结果:埋线组总有效率96.7%高于针刺组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的CMS均升高,且埋线组高于针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分均降低,且埋线组低于针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者上举、外展、内旋活动范围均提高,且埋线组外展、内旋活动范围大于针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肩胛平衡扬刺法埋线治疗肩周炎疗效较好,能有效缓解病情,改善肩关节活动度,减轻疼痛程度。Objective:To explore clinical effect of the treatment for scapulohumeral periarthritis by Yangci needling and Maixian with scapular balance.Methods:60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into catgut embedding group and acupuncture group,30 cases in each group.The acupuncture group were given routine acupuncture treatment.The catgut embedding group were treated by Yangci needling and Maixian of scapular balance.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Patient’s condition was evaluated using the Constant-Murley score(CMS).The pain degree was evaluated by visual analog scale(VAS).Compare the range of motion of lifting,abduction and pronation between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the catgut embedding group was 96.7%higher than that in the acupuncture group 83.3%,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CMS in both groups increased,the catgut embedding group was higher than that in the acupuncture group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the two groups decreased,the catgut embedding group was lower than that in the acupuncture group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the range of lifting,abductions and pronations in the two groups were significantly improved.The range of abductions and pronations in the catgut embedding group were higher than those in the acupuncture group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with Yangci needling and Maixian based on scapular balance has better effective,which can effectively relieve the disease,improve the range of motion of shoulder joint and reduce degree of pain.
