摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)评估新方法为CT定量评估,临床肺功能检查存在一定局限,如其只能对肺部整体情况进行评估,而应用CT可以对肺部细微结构的变化给予分析,同时也可直接评估COPD患者肺气肿等情况。除此之外,气道相关参数经CT测量后,能对气道病变进行直接反映,CT评估血管情况后也能达到相同的目的。查阅近些年来的相关文献资料,对CT评估COPD肺功能临床研究进展进行分析。The new evaluation method of COPD is CT quantitative evaluation.There are some limitations in clinical lung function examination.For example,it can only evaluate the overall situation of the lung,while the application of CT can analyze the changes of the lung’s fine structure,and can also directly evaluate the emphysema and other conditions of COPD patients.In addition,the parameters related to the airway can directly reflect the airway disease after CT measurement,and the same purpose can be achieved after CT evaluation of the vascular condition.Based on this,this paper reviews the relevant literature in recent years and analyzes the progress of on CT evaluation of COPD pulmonary function.
