红核妇洁洗剂联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨红核妇洁洗剂联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月至2020年10月本院收治的88例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组与研究组,每组44例。参照组采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,研究组在参照组基础上联合红核妇洁洗剂,比较两组临床疗效、阴道健康评分及3个月后的复发情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.18%,显著高于参照组的77.27%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组阴道健康评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,研究组阴道健康评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组3个月后的复发率为6.82%,明显低于参照组的20.45%(P<0.05)。结论红核妇洁洗剂联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者疗效显著,可改善阴道健康情况,预防复发,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Honghe Fujie lotion combined with nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis.Methods 88 patients with mycotic vaginitis were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into reference group and study group,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules,and the study group was combined with Honghe Fujie lotion on the basis of the reference group.The clinicial efficacy,vaginal health score and recurrence after 3 months were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was 93.18%,which was significantly higher than 7.27%of the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in vaginal health score between the two groups,after treatment,the vaginal health score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group after 3 months was 6.82%,which was significantly lower than 20.45%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Honghe Fujie lotion combined with nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule is effective in the treatment of patients with mycotic vaginitis,which can improve the vaginal health and prevent recurrence,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
