“互联网+”在基层医院医联体外来医疗器械管理帮扶中的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨“互联网+”应用于基层医院医联体消毒供应中心帮扶中的效果,以规范外来医疗器械管理,保障医疗安全。方法选取本省60家基层医院为研究对象,按帮扶基层医院医联体消毒供应中心外来医疗器械管理前后分为对照组(2020年1—6月,行常规管理模式)和观察组(2020年7—12月,在对照组管理模式上借助“互联网+”将远程大课堂、网络沙龙、微信平台应用于消毒供应中心外来医疗器械管理),每组30家医院。比较两组外来医疗器械返洗合格率和基层医院满意度。结果观察组外来医疗器械返洗合格率为80.7%、基层医院满意度为96.7%,均高于对照组的56.3%、80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将“互联网+”运用于基层医院医联体消毒供应中心外来医疗器械管理帮扶,可提高基层医院外来医疗器械处理质量,在工作中不断完善与改进流程,确保外来医疗器械使用安全,降低医院感染的发生。Objective To explore the effect of"Internet+"application in the support of medical conjoint disinfection supply center in primary hospitals,to standardize the management of foreign medical devices and ensure medical safety.Methods Select 60 basic-level hospitals in our province were selected as the research subject,by helping basic-level hospital medical couplet body before and after disinfection supply center foreign medical equipment management is divided into control group(January to June 2020,the conventional management mode)and observation group(July to December 2020,in the management mode of the control group,"Internet+"was used to apply the remote large class,online salon and wechat platform to the management of external medical devices in the disinfection supply center),with 30 hospitals in each group.The qualified rate of return washing of external medical devices and the satisfaction of primary hospitals under the two management modes were compared between two groups.Results The qualified rate of the rewash of foreign medical instruments in the observation group was 80.7%,and the satisfaction rate of the primary hospital was 96.7%,which were all higher than 56.3%and 80.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"Internet+"in the management and support of foreign medical devices in the medical joint disinfection supply center of primary hospitals can improve the quality of foreign medical devices treatment in primary hospitals,constantly improve and improve the process in work,ensure the safety of the use of foreign medical devices,and reduce the occurrence of hospital infection.
