药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究在医院西药房管理中应用药品合理分类及药品监管制度的价值。方法选取2019年7月至2020年7月于本院西药房购买西药的300例患者作为观察组,另选取2018年6月至2019年6月于本院西药房购买西药的300例患者作为对照组,对照组仅实施常规西药房管理,观察组在西药房管理中应用药品合理分类及药品监管制度。比较两组药品管理差错事件发生情况、患者满意度及药品管理质量。结果观察组药品管理差错事件发生率为0.67%,低于对照组的3.67%(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分及药品管理质量评分分别为(92.25±5.18)分、(93.04±6.21)分,均高于对照组的[(88.96±4.73)、(86.49±3.88)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药品合理分类及药品监管制度应用于医院西药房管理中可以有效减少药品管理差错事件的发生,在保证药物使用安全性及和谐医疗环境建设方面具有重要意义。Objective To explore the value of rational classification of drugs and drug supervision system in hospital western pharmacy management.Method 300 patients from July 2019 to July 2020 in our western pharmacy were selected as the observation group,another 300 patients selected from June 2018 to June 2019 in our western pharmacy were selected as the control group,the control group only implement conventional western pharmacy management,observation group in the western pharmacy management application drug reasonable classification and drug supervision system.The occurrence of drug management errors was compared between the two groups,and the patient satisfaction and drug management quality were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of drug management errors in the observation group was 0.67%,which was lower than 3.67%in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction score and drug management quality score were(92.25±5.18)and(93.04±6.21)scores,respectively,which were higher than the([88.96±4.73],[86.49±3.88]scores)in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug regulatory system and drug supervision system applied in hospital western pharmacy management can effectively reduce the occurrence of drug management errors,which is of great significance in ensuring the safety of drug use and the construction of a harmonious medical environment.
