摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下穿骨隧道修补手术治疗肩袖撕裂的效果及对患者肩关节功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2021年5月于本院行肩袖撕裂治疗的65例患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=33)。对照组给予传统保守治疗,观察组实施关节镜下穿骨隧道修补手术治疗,比较两组治疗前后肩关节功能情况、疼痛及生命质量。结果治疗前,两组肩关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组肩关节功能评分为(83.45±5.11)分,明显高于对照组的(65.56±5.09)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分为(2.12±0.52)分,明显低于对照组的(3.76±0.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、精神健康及总评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用关节镜下穿骨隧道修补手术治疗肩袖撕裂效果显著,能有效提高患者的肩关节功能,改善患者生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic bone tunnel repair in the treatment of rotator cuff tear and its effect on shoulder joint function and quality of life.Methods A total of 65 patients who underwent rotator cuff tear treatment in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=33)according to the treatment methods.The control group was given traditional conservative treatment,and the observation group was given arthroscopic bone tunnel repair surgery.The shoulder joint function,pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the shoulder joint function score between the two groups;after treatment,the shoulder joint score of the observation group was(83.45±5.11)scores,which was significantly higher than(65.56±5.09)scores of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(2.12±0.52)scores,which was significantly lower than(3.76±0.73)scores of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical function,physical function,social function,mental health and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of arthroscopic bone tunnel repair in the treatment of rotator cuff tear has significant effect,can effectively improve the shoulder joint function of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
