二维超声心动图与左心声学造影测量心血管疾病患者左心室室壁厚度的准确性

摘　　要：目的探讨应用二维超声心动图(2DE)与左心声学造影(LVO)测量心血管疾病患者左心室室壁厚度的准确性。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月本院收治100例心血管患者作为研究对象,所有患者同时进行2DE、LVO检测,以LVO检测数据作为标准,分析2DE检测下心血管疾病患者左心室多个切面下舒张期、收缩期状态室壁厚度数值准确性。结果2DE测量下,心尖两腔各个节段、心尖三腔b、d、e、f等节段、心尖四腔b、e、f等节段与LVO测量所得数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2DE测量下,心尖两腔的a、b、e、f节段,心尖三腔的b、d、f节段以及心尖四腔b、f节段数据与LVO测量所得数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管疾病患者在进行左心室室壁厚度检测时应考虑实际情况,2DE对左心室心尖四腔及心尖三腔切面下,测量室壁厚度可取得较好的准确性,而对于心尖两腔切面则使用LVO测量所得数据更为准确,合理使用测量方式有利于确切掌握患者身体情况,为患者的治疗质量提供可靠的参考数值。Objective To investigate the accuracy of left ventricular wall thickness testing with two-dimensional echocardiography(2DE)and left cardiac angiography(LVO)in patients with treated cardiovascular disease.Methods 100 cardiovascular patients from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,the data from LVO test analyzed the accuracy of multiple diastolic and systolic ventricular wall thickness in patients with 2DE test.Results Under 2DE measurement,there was statistical significance between LVO and each segment of apical two chambers,b,d,e,f segments of apical three chambers,b,e,f segments of apical four chambers(P<0.05).Under 2DE measurement,the data of a,b,e,f segments of two apical chambers,b,d,f segments of three apical chambers and b,f segments of four apical chambers were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detecting the thickness of left ventricular wall in patients with cardiovascular disease,the actual situation should be considered.2DE can obtain better accuracy in measuring the thickness of left ventricular wall in the apical four chamber and apical three chamber sections,while LVO is more accurate in measuring the thickness of left ventricular wall in the apical two chamber sections.Rational use of measurement methods is conducive to accurately grasping the patient's physical conditions and providing reliable reference values for the patient's treatment quality.
