额部轴型皮瓣修复术在外鼻皮肤组织缺损中的临床效果及美观效果

摘　　要：目的探讨额部轴型皮瓣修复术治疗外鼻皮肤组织缺损患者的临床效果及美观效果。方法回顾性分析2018年12月至2020年1月宁德市闽东医院治疗的23例外鼻皮肤组织缺损患者的临床资料,均采用额部轴型皮瓣修复术治疗,分析患者临床效果、美观效果及修复效果。结果23例患者皮瓣均成活,4例患者供区及受皮区轻微色素沉着,2例患者明显瘢痕,1例患者皮瓣挛缩,无复发者;术后患者美观度评分高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后患者功能、色泽、质地、轮廓评分均高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论额部轴型皮瓣修复术治疗外鼻皮肤组织缺损患者的临床效果显著,美观效果及修复效果均较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical and aesthetic effect of frontal axial flap repair in patients with nasal skin tissue defects.Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with exceptional nasal skin and tissue defects treated from December 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed with frontal axial flap repair to analyze the clinical effect,aesthetic effect and repair effect.Results All 23 patients survived,4 patients had mild donor and skin pigmentation,2 patients had significant scar,and the aesthetic scores were higher than preoperative,and significantly different(P<0.05);The scores of function,color,texture and contour of patients after operation were higher than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The forehead-axis flap repair has a remarkable clinical effect in treating the skin tissue defect of the external nose,with high aesthetic effect and repair effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
