润燥止痒胶囊联合依巴斯汀治疗老年性瘙痒症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨润燥止痒胶囊联合依巴斯汀治疗老年性瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年4月至2020年3月本院收治的90例瘙痒症老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为计划组和预设组,每组45例。计划组采用依巴斯汀治疗,预设组采用润燥止痒胶囊联合依巴斯汀治疗,比较两组各项症状(瘙痒发生频率、持续时间、瘙痒程度及继发皮损)评分、临床疗效、生命质量及不良反应发生情况。结果计划组瘙痒发生频率、瘙痒持续时间、瘙痒程度及继发皮损评分均高于预设组(P<0.05);计划组治疗总有效率高于预设组(P<0.05);计划组情感功能、躯体疼痛、身体健康、生理功能、心理功能、生命力、健康情况、社会功能评分均高于预设组(P<0.05);计划组不良反应发生率低于预设组(P<0.05)。结论采用润燥止痒胶囊联合依巴斯汀联合治疗老年性瘙痒症疗效显著,能改善患者瘙痒症状和生命质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with ebastine in the treatment of senile pruritus.Methods 90 elderly patients with pruritus admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subject,and they were randomly divided into the planning group and the preset group,with 45 cases in each group.The planning group was treated with ebastine,and the preset group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang capsule and ebastine.The score of symptoms(frequency,duration,degree of itching and secondary lesions),clinical efficacy,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The frequency,duration,degree and secondary lesion score of itching in the planning group were higher than those in the preset group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the planned group was higher than that of the preset group(P<0.05);the scores of emotional function,physical pain,physical health,physiological function,psychological function,vitality,health and social function in the planning group were higher than those in the preset group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the planning group was lower than that in the preset group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Runzao Zhiyang capsule and ebastine is effective in the treatment of senile pruritus,which can improve the pruritus symptoms and quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application.
