摘　　要：目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)手术在重度痔病治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年9月于本院开展临床治疗的80例重度痔病的患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和实验组,每组40例。参照组采用传统手术方法治疗,实验组运用PPH手术治疗的方法治疗。比较两组手术时间、下腹痛、肛门疼痛程度、住院时间、并发症发生发生情况及患者满意度。结果实验组手术时间及住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);实验组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)均低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组满意度高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论PPH手术治疗重度痔病效果显著,可有效缩短患者手术时间,减少住院时间,减轻患者疼痛,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)surgery in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods 80 patients with severe hemorrhoids who received clinical treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to September 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgical method,and the experimental group was treated with PPH surgical method.The duration of operation,the degree of abdominal pain,anal pain,length of hospital stay,the occurrence of complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the visual analogue scale(VAS)of experimental group was lower than that of reference group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion PPH surgery is effective in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids,which can effectively shorten the operation time of patients,reduce the length of hospital stay,relieve patients'pain,and reduce the incidence of complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
