苍术古今炮制历史沿革及特色炮制流派探究

摘　　要：通过查阅相关文献资料,整理苍术古今炮制历史沿革及流派,为苍术炮制和临床应用提供参考。检索苍术历代文献资料,并整理归纳总结。苍术的炮制方法可以概括五大类:净制、切制、炒制、炙制、蒸煮法,共计60多种炮制。樟帮和孟河医派是两大有代表性的苍术特色炮制流派;苍术临床上广泛应用在风湿病、关节病、脾胃病、妇科、泌尿系统、痛风等疾病。现代苍术的炮制是在古代文献基础上,简化并规范炮制技术;另有江西樟帮、江南孟河医派特色炮制技艺,能满足地方临床需求。By referring to the relevant literature,the historical evolution sorted out to provide reference for Atractylodis Rhizoma processing and clinical application.The literature of Atractylodis Rhizoma in the past dynas-ties was searched and summarized.According to the literature of the past dynasties,the processing methods of Atractylodes macrocephala can be summarized into five categories:purification,cutting,frying,roasting and cooking,with a total of more than 60 processing methods.Atractylodis Rhizoma is widely used in rheumatism,joint disease,spleen and stomach disease,gynecology,urinary system,gout and other diseases.Zhangbang and Menghe medical school are two representative schools for Atractylodis Rhizoma.This paper summarizes the ancient and modern processing methods of Atractylodis Rhizoma,studies the characteristic processing schools of Atractylodis Rhizoma,understands the processing history,inheri-tance and innovation of Atractylodis Rhizoma,and provides reference and basis for clinical application of Atractylodis Rhizoma.sorted out to provide reference for Atractylodis Rhizoma processing and clinical application.The literature of Atractylodis Rhizoma in the past dynasties was searched and summarized.According to the literature of the past dynasties,the processing methods of Atractylodes macrocephala can be summarized into five categories:purification,cutting,frying,roasting and cooking,with a total of more than 60 processing methods.Atractylodis Rhizoma is widely used in rheumatism,joint disease,spleen and stomach disease,gynecology,urinary system,gout and other diseases.Zhangbang and Menghe medical school are two representative schools for Atractylodis Rhizoma.This paper summarizes the ancient and modern processing methods of Atractylodis Rhizoma,studies the characteristic processing schools of Atractylodis Rhizoma,understands the processing history,inheritance and innovation of Atractylodis Rhizoma,and provides reference and basis for clinical application of Atractylodis Rhizoma.
