摘　　要：目的探究Cook双球囊联合Bakri球囊填塞对产后出血患者止血效果及并发症的影响。方法选取2015年9月至2020年12月本院收治的118例剖宫产产后出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组59例。对照组实施Bakri球囊填塞治疗,观察组实施Cook双球囊联合Bakri球囊填塞治疗,比较两组出血相关指标、血流动力学、并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中、术后2 h、术后24 h出血量及总输血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组包括舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、血氧饱和度(SPO_(2))均高于对照组,HR低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Cook双球囊联合Bakri球囊填塞对于产后出血疗效显著,可减少失血量,稳定机体血流动力学,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Cook double balloon combined with Bakri balloon tamponade on hemostasis and complications in patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 118 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bakri balloon tamponade,and the observation group was treated with Cook double balloon combined with Bakri balloon tamponade,the bleeding related indicators,hemodynamics,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The Blood loss during operation,2 h and 24 h after operation and total blood transfusion volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,diastolic pressure(DBP),systolic pressure(SBP)and saturation of blood oxygen(SPO_(2))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and HR was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cook double balloon combined with Bakri balloon tamponade has a significant effect on postpartum hemorrhage,which can reduce blood loss,stabilize the body's hemodynamics,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
