摘　　要：目的探讨急诊护理风险紧急预案联合精准护理模式对护理质量和意外伤害及护患纠纷的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月本院急诊科收治的180例患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组,每组90例。对照组给予常规急诊护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予急诊护理风险紧急预案联合精准护理模式,比较两组护理质量评分、护理满意度及意外伤害、护患纠纷发生率。结果干预组护理流程、语言沟通、行为仪表、专业技术、总分评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组意外伤害、护患纠纷发生率为2.22%、0.00%,均明显低于对照组的10.00%、5.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理风险紧急预案联合精准护理模式应用于急诊患者护理过程中,可降低患者意外伤害、护患纠纷发生率,能有效提高护理质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of emergency nursing risk emergency plan combined with precision nursing model on nursing quality,accidental injury and nurse-patient disputes.Methods 180 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine emergency nursing,and the intervention group was given emergency nursing risk emergency plan combined with precision nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing,the nursing quality score,nursing satisfaction,and the incidence of accidental injury and nurse-patient dispute were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing process,language communication,behavior instrument,professional technology and total score in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of accidental injury and nurse-patient disputes in the intervention group were 2.22%and 0.00%,which were significantly lower than 10.00%and 5.56%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency nursing risk emergency plan combined with precision nursing model in the nursing process of emergency patients can reduce the incidence of accidental injury of patients and nurse-patient disputes,and effectively improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
