双柏散冷敷配合功能锻炼对急性膝关节扭伤的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双柏散冷敷配合功能锻炼对急性膝关节扭伤的护理效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月于本院就诊的60例急性膝关节扭伤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予双氯芬酸二乙胺凝胶,观察组给予双柏散冷敷联合功能锻炼。比较两组疼痛程度、膝关节功能及临床疗效。结果护理后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组膝关节功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双柏散冷敷配合功能锻炼对急性膝关节扭伤的护理疗效显著,可减轻患者疼痛程度,恢复患者膝关节功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing effect of double cypress loose cold compress combined with functional exercise on acute knee sprain.Methods 60 patients with acute knee sprain admitted to hospitals from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given diclofenac diethylamine gel,and the observation group was given double cypress loose cold compress combined with functional exercise.The pain degree,knee function and clinical effect between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups was lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the knee function score of the two groups was higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Double cypress loose cold compress combined with functional exercise has significant nursing effect on acute knee joint sprain,which can reduce the pain of patients and restore the knee joint function of patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
