补肾健骨汤联合注射用骨肽治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾健骨汤联合注射用骨肽治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的126例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为参考组和观察组,各63例。参考组采用注射用骨肽治疗,观察组采用补肾健骨汤联合注射用骨肽治疗。比较两组治疗前后的中医证候积分(包括僵硬、疼痛)、奎森功能演算(Lequesne)指数、临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组僵硬、疼痛积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组僵硬、疼痛积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Lequesne评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组Lequesne评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.65%,高于参考组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾健骨汤联合注射用骨肽治疗膝骨性关节炎效果显著,能有效改善患者关节僵硬、疼痛症状,有助于患者膝关节功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tonifying kidney and bone broth combined with injecting bone peptide in in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 126 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were enrolled as research subjects,and they were divided into reference group and observation group according to random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with bone peptide for injection,and the observation group was treated with bone broth for kidney tonic and bone peptide for injection.The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores(including stiffness and pain),Lequesne algofunctional(Lequesne)index before and after treatment,clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of medical syndrome between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of stiffness and pain of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Lequesne scores between the two groups;after treatment,the Lequesne score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.65%,which was higher than 80.95%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonifying kidney and bone broth combined with injecting bone peptide in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the symptoms of joint stiffness and pain,help restore the function of the knee joint,which is worthy of promotion and application.
