依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压左心室肥厚患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压左心室肥厚患者心功能的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2021年4月本院收治的109例H型高血压左心室肥厚患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=54)和实验组(n=55)。对照组采用依那普利药物治疗,实验组采用依那普利叶酸片治疗,比较治疗前后两组心功能指标[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)]变化、血压[舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)]水平、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及不良反应(干咳、肾功能损伤、过敏)发生情况。结果治疗前,两组LVEDD、IVST、LVEF、LVPWT比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组LVEF均高于治疗前,LVEDD短于治疗前,IVST、LVPWT均薄于治疗前,且实验组LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD短于对照组,IVST、LVPWT均薄于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组DBP、SBP、Hcy水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组DBP、SBP、Hcy水平均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压左心室肥厚患者,可有效改善患者心功能指标、血压及同型半胱氨酸水平,进而改善患者预后。Objective To investigate the effect of enalapril folic acid tablets on cardiac function in H-type hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods A total of 109 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy with H hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to April 2021 as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=54)and experimental group(n=55).The control group was treated with enalapril and the experimental group was treated with enalapril folic acid tablets,and the cardiac function indicators(left ventricular end-diastolic diameter[LVEDD],ventricular septal thickness[IVST],left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF],left ventricular posterior wall thickness[LVPWT]),blood pressure[diastolic blood pressure[DBP),systolic blood pressure[SBP]),homocysteine(Hcy)level and adverse reactions(dry cough,renal function impairment,allergy)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the LVEDD,IVST,LVEF and LVPWT between the two groups;after treatment,the LVEF of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,LVEDD was shorter than that before treatment,IVST and LVPWT were thinner than those before treatment,and the LVEF of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,LVEDD was shorter than that of the control group,IVST and LVPWT were thinner than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in DBP,SBP and Hcy levels between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of DBP,SBP and Hcy in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Enalapril folic acid tablets are used in the treatment of patients with left ventricular hypertrophy with H-type hyper
