摘　　要：目的分析本院第一批带量采购药品使用量完成情况,为进一步完善药品带量采购工作提供参考。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月实施药品带量采购工作中第一批带量采购药品使用的相关数据作为研究对象,统计分析这一批带量采购药品实际完成百分比、未完成约定百分比带量采购药品及同类品种的用药频度(DDDs),限定日费用(DDC)等,并制订促进带量采购工作的相应措施。结果本院实施药品带量采购工作后,使用量未达到约定百分比的药物品种逐渐减少。第一批带量采购药品有20个完成约定采购量的品种,有1个未完成约定采购量的品种。草酸艾司西酞普兰使用量受多种因素影响,未完成约定采购量。结论药品带量采购工作是一项惠民利国的工程,本院采取各种措施促进药品带量采购工作的有效进行,并采取更有力的措施减少不合理用药,注重个体化用药,确保本院合理有效长期执行药品带量采购工作。Objective To analyze the completion of the first batch of drugs purchased in this hospital,and to provide reference for further improvement of drug procurement.Methods The relevant data of the first batch of drugs purchased with volume from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and the actual completion percentage,the uncompleted percentage of drugs purchased in quantity,the frequency(DDDs)of drugs purchased in volume and similar varieties(DDDs)and the limited daily cost(DDC)were statistically analyzed,and corresponding measures were formulated to promote the procurement with volume.Results After the implementation of drug procurement in our hospital,the number of drugs used in the hospital that did not reach the agreed percentage gradually decreased.There are 20 varieties that have completed the agreed purchase quantity of the first batch of drugs purchased in quantity,and 1 variety that has not completed the agreed purchase quantity.The amount of escitalopram oxalate was affected by many factors,and the agreed purchase amount was not completed.Conclusion The hospital takes various measures to promote the effective procurement of drugs,and should take more powerful measures to reduce irrational drug use,pay attention to individualized drug use,ensure the rational,effective and long-term implementation of drug procurement by the hospital.
