胸腔镜肺段与肺叶切除术治疗肺磨玻璃结节的效果及对患者术后并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探究胸腔镜肺段与肺叶切除术治疗肺磨玻璃结节的效果及对患者术后并发症的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月于本院治疗的80例肺磨玻璃结节患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶数法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗,研究组采用胸腔镜肺段切除术治疗,比较两组手术情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术时间、术后苏醒时间、气管拔管时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与胸腔镜肺叶切除术相比,胸腔镜肺段切除术治疗肺磨玻璃结节效果显著,有利于缩短手术时间、术后苏醒时间、气管拔管时间、术后住院时间,减少术中出血量及并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy and lobectomy in the treatment of pulmonary grinding glass nodule and its effect on postoperative complications.Methods A total of 80 patients with pulmonary grinding glass nodule treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups by odd and even num-ber method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy,and the study group was treated with thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy,the operation and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative wake-up time,tracheal extubation time and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the study group was 7.50%,which was lower than 12.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy,thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy has has significant effect in the treatment of pulmonary grinding glass nodule,which is conducive to shortening the operation time,postoperative wake-up time,tracheal extubation time,postoperative hospital stay,reducing intraoperative bleeding,and effectively reducing the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
