慢性伤口患者互联网+护理需求现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查慢性伤口患者互联网+护理需求状况,分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法抽取重庆市2020年8—12月3所三级甲等综合医院门诊就诊或住院治疗的200例慢性伤口患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、自制互联网+护理需求量表、SF-36健康调查量表对患者进行调查。结果慢性伤口患者互联网+护理需求总分为(63.12±13.82)分,其中对健康指导需求得分较高,生理功能、躯体疼痛、合并慢性病、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、互联网+护理认知情况是慢性伤口患者互联网+护理需求的影响因素。结论在开展互联网+护理工作前应充分了解患者个性化需求特点,加强对慢性伤口患者的健康指导,例如换药技巧、饮食营养、用药指导、敷料选择与使用技巧等相关知识,以满足其需求,提高护理服务质量。Objective To investigate the Internet+nursing needs of patients with chronic wounds and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 200 patients with chronic wounds who received outpatient treatment or inpatient treatment in 3 Grade A general hospitals in Chongqing from August to December 2020 were selected by convenience sampling method as research subjects,general data questionnaire,self-made Internet+nursing needs scale and Health Survey Scale(SF-36)were used to investigate the patients.Results The total score of Internet+nursing needs of patients with chronic wounds was(63.12±13.82),and patients with chronic wounds had a higher score of health guidance needs,physical function,physical pain,combined chronic diseases,activities of daily living scale(ADL)score and Internet+nursing needs were the influencing factors of Internet+nursing needs of patients with chronic wounds.Conclusion It is necessary to investigate the patients'personalized needs and characteristics before carrying out Internet+nursing work,strengthening health guidance for patients with chronic wounds,such as dressings changing skills,diet and nutrition,medication guidance,dressings selection and use skills,to meet their needs and improve the quality of nursing services.
