摘　　要：目的探究宫腔球囊填塞与B-lynch缝合治疗对产后出血的孕妇止血效果的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2020年12月于本院产科进行分娩发生产后出血的产妇98例作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组与实验组,每组49例。对照组采用宫腔球囊填塞法进行止血,实验组采用B-lynch缝合法进行止血治疗,比较两组产妇的止血效果、止血情况及并发症发生情况。结果两组产妇止血总有效率比较差异无统计学意义;实验组止血时间短于对照组,术中出血量、术后24 h阴道流血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组发热、感染、贫血等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论B-Lynch缝合法对产后出血产妇的止血效果显著,可有效缩短止血时间,降低产后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of uterine balloon tamponade and B-lynch suture treatment on hemostasis in pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 98 cases of women with postpartum hemorrhage after delivery in the obstetrics department of our hospital from April 2019 and December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were grouped by the random drawing method and divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group were treated with the uterine balloon tamponade method to stop bleeding,while the experimental group were treated with the B-lynch suture method to stop bleeding,and the hemostatic effect,hemostasis and complications between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of hemostasis between the two groups.The hemostasis time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative 24 h vaginal blood were less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as fever,infection and anemia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The B-Lynch suture method has better hemostatic effect,and can also effectively shorten the hemostatic time and reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
