甲硝唑栓与结合型雌激素雌激素软膏联合心理干预治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲硝唑栓与结合型雌激素软膏联合心理干预治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月本院收治的80例老年性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予甲硝唑栓联合心理干预治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予结合型雌激素软膏,比较两组临床疗效、性激素[雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡生成素(FSH)]水平及复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组E_(2)水平高于对照组,FSH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑栓与结合型雌激素软膏联合心理干预治疗老年性阴道炎疗效显著,能改善患者性激素水平,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of metronidazole suptet and combined binding estrogen ointment combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods 80 patients with senile vaginitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given metronidazole suptet combined with psychological intervention,and the observation group was given binding estrogen ointment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone(estradiol[E_(2)],follicle stimulating hormone[FSH])levels and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,E_(2) level in observation group was higher than that in control group,and FSH level was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole suptet and binding estrogen ointment combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis has significant efficacy,can improve the level of sex hormones in patients,reduce the recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical application.
