儿童烧伤治愈后在家中康复的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童烧伤治愈后在家中康复的效果。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2018年2月本院收治的27例烧伤面积为1%~50%且伴有肢体功能部位皮肤烧伤的小儿烧伤患者的临床资料,治愈后,患儿均应用简单易行的、由家长主动参与的主被动功能训练融入游戏中的康复方法,观察患儿功能部位的功能改善情况。结果患者功能恢复良好16例,患者发生功能障碍11例。结论儿童烧伤治愈后在家中进行由家长主动参与的主被动功能训练融入游戏中的康复方法,有利于儿童康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of effect of rehabilitation at home after burn healing in children.Methods The clinical data of 27 pediatric burn patients with burn area of 1%-50%and skin burns in functional parts of limbs treated in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.After being cured,all the children were treated with simple and easy rehabilitation methods including active and passive functional training and parents'active participation.The functional improvement of the functional site was observed.Results 16 patients had good functional recovery and 11 patients had functional dysfunction.Conclusion After children are cured of burns,active and passive function training at home with parents'active participation is beneficial to children's rehabilitation,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
