摘　　要：目的探究早期阶段性功能康复训练配合烤灯照射治疗对桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2020年1—12月本院收治的100例桡骨远端骨折术后患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组实施早期阶段性功能康复训练配合烤灯照射治疗,比较两组治疗后腕关节活动度及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果术后6、8周,观察组背伸活动度、屈曲活动度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6、8周,VAS疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期阶段性功能康复训练配合烤灯照射治疗桡骨远端骨折术后患者效果显著,能有效改善患者腕关节功能,减轻疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of early stage functional rehabilitation training with baking lamp irradiation on recovery of wrist function after distal radial fracture.Methods A total of 100 patients with distal radius fracture treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by computer random grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received early stage functional rehabilitation training combined with baking lamp irradiation.The wrist range of motion and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results At 6 and 8 weeks after operation,the range of motion of extension and flexion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 and 8 weeks after operation,the VAS pain score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early stage functional rehabilitation training combined with baking lamp irradiation is effective in the treatment of patients with distal radius fracture after surgery,which can effectively improve the wrist function and reduce the degree of pain,and is worthy of clinical application.
