七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼喉罩用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的麻醉效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼喉罩用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床麻醉效果。方法选取2019年1—12月本院收治的86例实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,根据麻醉方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用异氟醚复合芬太尼进行麻醉,观察组采用七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼喉罩,比较两组麻醉效果、疼痛感及临床疗效。结果观察组苏醒时间、意识恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.0%高于对照组的81.4%(P<0.05)。结论七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼喉罩实施麻醉,对于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的麻醉效果较好,减轻患者的疼痛感,促进意识恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil laryngeal mask airway in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 86 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different anesthetic methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with isoflurane combined with fentanyl,and the observation group was anesthetized with sevoflurane combined with remifentanil laryngeal mask.The anesthetic effect,pain and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time and consciousness recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.0%,which was higher than 81.4% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with remifentanil laryngeal mask airway anesthesia has a better anesthetic effect for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.It can reduce the pain of patients and promote the recovery of consciousness,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
