摘　　要：目的探究B超引导下锁骨下静脉穿刺术在特殊患者中的应用价值。方法选取2019年2月至2020年1月本院收治的30例特殊患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组与对照组,各15例。观察组采取B超引导下锁骨下静脉穿刺术,对照组采用传统(盲穿法)静脉穿刺置管术,比较两组置管成功率、并发症发生率及穿刺时间。结果观察组置管成功率为93.33%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组穿刺时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对特殊患者实施B超引导下锁骨下静脉穿刺术临床疗效显著,可提升置管成功率,降低并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of subclavian vein puncture under the guidance of B-ultrasound in special patients.Methods 30 special patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random lot drawing,with 15 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with subclavian vein puncture under the guidance of B-ultrasound,and the control group was treated with traditional(blind puncture)vein puncture and catheterization.The success rate,complication rate and puncture time of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of catheterization in the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 66.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 33.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The puncture time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of subclavian vein puncture under the guidance of B-ultrasound for special patients is significant,which can improve the success rate of catheterization and reduce the incidence of complications,and it is worthy of clinical application.
