超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月本院收治的90例乳腺良性肿块患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组行开放性手术治疗,观察组行超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统治疗,比较两组手术情况、并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组、术中出血量少于对照组,瘢痕小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿块患者,有助于缩小手术瘢痕,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided Memoton minimally invasive atherectomy system in the treatment of benign breast masses.Methods A total of 90 patients with benign breast masses admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group underwent open surgery,the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided Memoton minimally invasive atherectomy system,and the surgical conditions,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,intraoperative blood loss less than that in the control group,and scarring was smaller than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than 22.22%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 82.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Memoton minimally invasive atherectomy system of ultrasound-guided Maimotong for the treatment of benign breast masses is helpful to reduce surgical scars,reduce intraoperative bleeding and complications,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
