依那普利片联合非洛地平缓释片治疗老年原发性高血压对患者尿酸和胱抑素C及内皮素-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究依那普利片联合非洛地平缓释片治疗老年原发性高血压(EHT)对患者尿酸(UA)、胱抑素C(CysC)、内皮素1(ET-1)水平的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2020年5月本院收治的88例老年EHT患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组44例。对照组给予非洛地平缓释片治疗,观察组给予依那普利联合非洛地平缓释片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后UA、CysC、ET-1、24 h血压变异性(BPV)。结果观察组治疗总有效率为86.36%,高于对照组的65.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组UA、CysC及ET-1水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压标准差(SBP-SD)、舒张压标准差(DBP-SD)均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利片联合非洛地平缓释片治疗EHT疗效显著,可改善混着UA、CysC及ET-1水平,安全性高,可促进患者机体恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of enalapril tablet combined with felodipine sustained-release tablet on levels of uric acid(UA),cystatin C(CysC)and endothelin-1(ET-1)in elderly patients with essential hypertension(EHT).Methods 88 elderly patients with EHT admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with felodipine sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with enalapril combined with felodipine sustained-release tablets,the clinical curative effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,UA,CysC,ET-1 and 24 h blood pressure variability(BPV)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 86.36%,which was higher than 65.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of UA,CysC and ET-1 of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure-standard deviation(SBP-SD)and diastolic blood pressure-standard deviation(DBP-SD)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enalapril tablets combined with felodipine sustained-release tablets is effective in the treatment of patients with EHT,which can improve the levels of UA,CysC and ET-1,with high safety,and promote the recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
