生血宝合剂联合利可君治疗艾滋病行高效抗反转录病毒治疗后白细胞减少的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨生血宝合剂联合利可君治疗艾滋病(AIDS)行高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)后白细胞减少的临床疗效。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月于赣州市第五人民医院收治的经HAART治疗后白细胞减少的60例AIDS患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。患者分组前均行HAART,治疗组采用生血宝合剂联合利可君,对照组采用利可君治疗,比较两组临床疗效、细胞免疫指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及实验室检查指标[白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(N)、淋巴细胞(L)]。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组WBC、L水平均低于治疗前,治疗组N水平低于治疗前,治疗组WBC、N、L水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生血宝合剂联合利可君治疗艾滋病行HAART后白细胞减少显著,提高免疫功能,增强机体内白细胞,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of shengxuebao mixture combined with Likejun in acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients with leukopenia after highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART).Methods 60AIDS patients with leukopenia after HAART treated in Ganzhou Fifth People's Hospital fromMarch 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly they were divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients underwent HAART before grouping,and the treatment group was combined with licojun,and the control group was treated with licojun,to compare the two groups of clinical efficacy,cellular immunity indicators(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and laboratory examination indicators(white blood cells[WBC],neutrophils[N],lymphocytes[L]).Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,WBC and L levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment,N level in the treatment group was lower than before treatment,and the levels of WBC,N and L in treatment group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengxuebao mixture combined with Likejun in the treatment ofAIDS after HAART is significantly reduced,improve immune function,enhance the body's white blood cells,it is worthy of clinical application.
