双歧杆菌活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗新生儿腹泻的临床疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨双歧杆菌活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗新生儿腹泻的临床疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2021年3月本院收治的86例新生儿腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌活菌治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、免疫功能[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发热、腹痛、呕吐、大便性状、大便次数改善时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IgA、IgG、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗新生儿腹泻患儿疗效显著,能缓解发热、腹痛等症状,改善患儿机体免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium live bacteria combined with montmorillonite powder on neonatal diarrhea and its effect on immune function of children.Methods 86 children with neonatal diarrhea admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium live bacteria on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time and immune function(immunoglobulin A[IgA],immunoglobulin G[IgG],CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 79.07%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of fever,abdominal pain,vomiting,stool characteristics and stool frequency in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacteria live bacteria combined with montmorilloneone in children with neonatal diarrhea,can promote the relief of fever,abdominal pain and other symptoms,and improve the immune function of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
