摘　　要：目的分析透明质酸钠凝胶联合球囊导尿管预防宫腔镜术后宫腔再粘连的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的68例宫腔粘连(IUA)患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组34例。两组均接受IUA电切术治疗,对照组术后常规放置宫内节育器,观察组采用透明质酸钠凝胶联合球囊导尿管。比较两组临床疗效、术后恢复情况、再粘连发生率及治疗前后生命质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组月经恢复正常时间、宫腔形态恢复正常时间均短于对照组,再粘连发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组躯体健康总评分、精神健康总评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠凝胶联合球囊导尿管预防宫腔镜术后宫腔再粘连效果显著,可缩短患者术后恢复时间,降低宫腔再粘连发生风险,提高患者生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of sodium hyaluronate gel combined with balloon catheter on prevention of intrauterine re-adhesion after hysteroscopic surgery.Methods 68 patients with intrauterine adhesions(IUA)admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with IUA electrotomy,the control group was routinely placed with intrauterine device after surgery,and the observation group was given sodium hyaluronate gel combined with balloon catheter.The clinical efficacy,postoperative recovery,incidence of readhesion and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 73.53%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to return to normal menstruation and uterine shape in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of readhesion was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total physical health score and mental health score of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate gel combined with balloon catheter can significantly prevent uterine readhesion after hysteroscopy,shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients,reduce the risk of uterine readhesion and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
