自拟退黄方中药洗浴联合穴位按摩和蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟退黄方中药洗浴联合穴位按摩和蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法选取2019年12月至2021年4月于本院就诊的80例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合自拟退黄方中药洗浴和穴位按摩治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清胆红素水平、睡眠时间及吸乳量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清胆红素水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组睡眠时间均长于治疗前,吸乳量均多于治疗前,且观察组睡眠时间长于对照组,吸乳量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟退黄方中药洗浴联合穴位按摩和蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸疗效显著,可降低患儿的血清胆红素水平,延长睡眠时间,增加吸乳量,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine bath with self-designed Tuihuangfang combined with acupoint massage and blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods 80 children with neonatal pathological jaundice treated in our hospital from December 2019 to April 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with self-designed Tuihuangfang traditional Chinese medicine bath and acupoint massage on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,serum bilirubin level before and after treatment,sleep time and breast pumping volume were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum bilirubin level in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep time of the two groups was longer than that before treatment,and the milk intake was more than that before treatment,the sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the milk intake was more than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine bath with self-designed Tuihuangfang combined with acupoint massage and blue light irradiation is effective in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice,which can reduce the serum bilirubin level of children,prolong sleep time,increase the amount of breast suction,and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
