摘 要:目的分析甲巯咪唑对Graves病患者外周血淋巴细胞活化状态的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月本院收治的42例Graves病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组21例。观察组给予甲巯咪唑治疗,对照组给予丙硫氧嘧啶治疗。比较两组甲状腺激素[促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、血清游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))]、T淋巴细胞(CD3^(+)CD25^(+)、CD3^(+)CD69^(+))、Th细胞(CD4^(+)CD25^(+)、CD4^(+)CD69^(+))、B淋巴细胞(CD19^(+)CD25^(+)、CD19^(+)CD69^(+))水平。结果观察组TSH、FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CD3^(+)CD25^(+)、CD3^(+)CD69^(+)、CD4^(+)CD25^(+)、CD4^(+)CD69^(+)、CD19^(+)CD25^(+)、CD19^(+)CD69^(+)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲巯咪唑治疗Graves病疗效显著,有效调节人体的外周血淋巴细胞活化状态和甲状腺激素,进而改善Graves病患者的免疫异常或紊乱状态,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of methimazole on peripheral blood lymphocyte activation state in patients with Graves'disease.Methods 42 patients with Graves'disease admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 21 patients in each group.The observation group was given methimazole treatment,and the control group was given propylthiouracil treatment.The levels of thyroid hormone(hyroid stimulating hormone[TSH],free triiodothyronine[FT_(3)],free thyroxine[FT_(4)]),T lymphocytes(CD3^(+)CD25^(+),CD3^(+)CD69^(+)),Th cells(CD4^(+)CD25^(+),CD4^(+)CD69^(+))and B lymphocytes(CD19^(+)CD25^(+),CD19^(+)CD69^(+))were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of TSH,FT_(3) and FT_(4) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+)CD25^(+),CD3^(+)CD69^(+),CD4^(+)CD25^(+),CD4^(+)CD69^(+),CD19^(+)CD25^(+)and CD19^(+)CD69^(+)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Methimazole is effective in the treatment of Graves'disease,which can effectively regulate the activation of peripheral blood lymphocyte activation state and thyroid hormones,thereby improving the immune abnormality or disorder of Graves'disease patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
