腹腔镜手术联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2020年6月本院收治的50例卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组25例。对照组接受腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合戈舍瑞林治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、排卵和月经恢复时间及术后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组性交疼痛、月经不调、不孕、痛经评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排卵、月经恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后不良反应发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的36.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效显著,能有效缓解临床症状,缩短排卵、月经恢复时间,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To increase the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with goserelin in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis.Methods 50 patients with ovarian endometriosis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with goserrelin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,ovulation and menstrual recovery time and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pain during intercourse,irregular menstruation,infertility and dysmenorrhea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of ovulation and menstruation in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 36.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with goserelin in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis has significant clinical efficacy,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,shorten the recovery time of ovulation and menstruation,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
