摘 要:目的探讨苯巴比妥联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月至2021年3月本院收治的80例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合苯巴比妥治疗。比较两组黄疸消退时间及治疗前后免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及免疫球蛋白A(IgA)]、血清胆红素水平。结果观察组黄疸消退时间为(3.69±0.74)d,明显短于对照组的(4.75±0.81)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IgG、IgA、IgM水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清胆红素水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯巴比妥联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗新生儿黄疸,可有效缩短黄疸消退时间,调节患儿免疫球蛋白水平,改善血清胆红素水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of phenobarbital combined with Saccharomyces burra powder on neonatal jaundice.Methods 80 cases of neonatal jaundice children admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with saccharomyces boulardii sachets,and the observation group was treated with phenobarbital on the basis of control treatment.The jaundice regression time,immunoglobulin(immunoglobulin M[IgM],immunoglobulin G[IgG]and immunoglobulin A[IgA])and serum bilirubin level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The jaundice subsidence time in the observation group was(3.69±0.74)d,which was significantly shorter than(4.75±0.81)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum bilirubin level of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of neonatal jaundice with phenobarbital and yeast yeast powder can effectively shorten the regression time of jaundice,regulate the immunoglobulin level and improve the serum bilirubin level,which is worthy of clinical application.
