摘　　要：目的探讨椎间孔镜手术可视下环锯在腰椎关节突成形术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2020年1月于本院治疗的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,按照手术治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。研究组采用椎间孔镜下可视环锯术,对照组术采用常规椎间孔镜术。比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、手术情况。结果治疗后,两组VAS评分、ODI评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间短于对照组,透视次数少于对照组,通道下可视范围大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腰椎关节突成形术中实施椎间孔镜手术可视下环锯治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,可缩短手术时间,减少透视次数,扩大可视范围,减轻机体疼痛,减少损伤,有利于患者术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To application effect of intraforaminal endoscopic visual lower ring saw circumference in lumbar facet arthroplasty.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group and study group according to different surgical treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The operation of the study group was performed by the intraforaminal endoscopic visual lower ring saw circumference,and the operation of the control group was performed by the intraforaminal endoscopic surgery.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,operation conditions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,VAS score and ODI score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the number of fluoroscopy was less than that of the control group,and the visual range under the channel was larger than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraforaminal endoscopic visual lower ring saw circumference in the treatment of lumbar facet arthroplasty has significant effect,which can shorten the operation time,reduce the number of fluoroscopy,expand the visual range,reduce the body pain,and the body damage,and which is conducive to the postoperative recovery of patients,worthy of clinical application.
