隐神经射频热凝术联合关节臭氧灌注治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨隐神经射频热凝术联合关节臭氧灌注治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月本院收治的78例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组39例。对照组采用关节臭氧灌注治疗,实验组在对照组基础上行隐神经射频热凝术。比较两组并发症发生率、数字分级评分法(NRS)评分、复发率。结果两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗前,两组挺身站立、平地行走、上下楼梯、坐躺休息、晚间睡眠评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,实验组挺身站立、平地行走、上下楼梯、坐躺休息、晚间睡眠评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组膝关节骨性关节炎复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隐神经射频热凝术联合关节臭氧灌注治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果显著,可缓解患者关节疼痛症状,安全性高,复发率低,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of saphenous nerve radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with articular ozone perfusion on knee osteoarthritis.Methods 78 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received articular ozone perfusion treatment,and the experimental group received saphenous nerve radiofrequency thermocoagulation on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications,numerical rating scale(NRS)score and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of standing up,walking on the ground,going up and down stairs,sitting and lying down,and sleeping at night in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of knee osteoarthritis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Saphenous nerve radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with articular ozone perfusion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has significant effect,which can relieve the symptoms of joint pain,high safety,low recurrence rate,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
